What was the consultation wording for the scheme?
What were the results of the consultation on the scheme?
Why are the results not available on the hillingdon website?
What type of voting was required to allow this?
- When was it voted?
- What was the result?
- Who supported it?
- Who didnt?
What legal advice was sought and received?
What reports are able to be run on a per-card/resident basis using the ‘anonymous’ card number?
What reports are able to be run on a per-card/resident basis using the residents name?
What reports are able to be run on a overall basis?
What departments have access to the Parking System? How Many People? What is their training?
What departments have access to the whole system (e.g. can link the card number to a person)? How Many People? What is their training?
What oversight is there for viewing data? Can an employee look at anything or must they get second person approval?
Why is the data held for 6 years?
How is the data stored? Under what security? Is it legal to store this data unnecessarily?
Are household cards linked in any way? (e.g. Husband and Wife)
How is another group able to see the data, such as the police?
What information will be shared with other Councils/Groups when the scheme is extended?
